What happens when the internet goes down?
The office keeps working. Pages you've opened before still load, and attendance, admissions, fee payments, exams, notices, expenses and almost everything else save on the device. When the connection comes back they sync automatically, in order. A few things do need a live connection on purpose: signing in, creating or resetting a staff or parent login, and security settings.
Is our school's data kept separate from other schools on the platform?
Yes. Every school is a fully isolated tenant. Student records, staff, fees, and results from one school are never visible to another, and that's enforced at the database level on every request.
How do parents actually pay fees?
You generate a bank challan per student, which they pay at any bank branch the same way they already do today. Your accountant marks it paid (or partially paid) once it clears.
Can we try it before committing to anything?
Yes. Registering your school starts you in a trial with full access, so you can set up your real classes and fee structure before deciding.
Does it fit our own grading scale and admission numbering?
Set your own grade bands under Settings, so result cards follow your board or your own scale. Admission numbers are generated for you by year (2026-0001, 2026-0002 and so on), and you can type in an existing number for a student moving from another system.
What happens when we have more students than our plan includes?
Nothing stops. You keep admitting students, and only currently enrolled students count, so graduated and left students never add to your bill. If you grow a lot, we'll suggest the plan that works out cheapest for your size.
What if our school has both a Principal and a School Admin?
Each gets their own login scoped to the right level of access. A Principal sees academics and finance without the tenant-wide settings a School Admin has.
